Flipkart Co-founder Binny Bansal has resigned from PhonePe's Board of Directors, the payments platform has announced. This is the second time Bansal has exited from a Walmart-backed company after he stepped down from Flipkart's board in January. Bansal was on PhonePe's board since Flipkart acquired it in 2016. However, PhonePe separated from the e-commerce firm in 2022.
