Taliban-ruled Afghanistan has announced its decision to restrict water supply to Pakistan by building dams across the Kunar River "as soon as possible". The move follows week-long deadly border clashes between the two countries, while Pakistan also reportedly carried out airstrikes on Afghanistan, targeting Pakistan Taliban. India earlier blocked water to Pakistan after Pahalgam terror attack.
