After its oil deal with Russia, US admits it is hard for India to stop buying Russian oil

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has said President Donald Trump wants to take a 60-day period to analyse what imposing both sanctions and tariffs will mean for global and US economy. Admitting that it is hard for India to stop buying Russian oil, Rubio said, "India has voluntarily diversified its energy portfolio." The remarks came after US-Russia diesel deal.
