After moving thousands of employees to AI, Meta asks some to become managers again: Report

Meta has asked some employees in its Applied AI (AAI) division to return to management roles, Business Insider reported. The move comes months after Meta shifted around 7,000 employees, including managers, to AAI. The company has focused on reducing middle management this year and eliminated about 10% of its workforce in layoffs that heavily targeted managers.
