A day after the US announced a trade deal under which the US and Pakistan will work on developing the latter's oil reserves, US has lowered its tariffs on Pakistani goods from 29% to 19%. As part of the deal, Pakistan has also agreed to import US crude oil. Notably, the US has imposed a 25% tariff on Indian goods.
