Former Ferrari driver Felipe Massa believes that hiring the seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton was not the best decision by Ferrari because of his age. "Because of his age, if you look at the sport, age matters. And we have to understand how much age is weighing on him in this situation or not," he said.
