Salesforce has conducted a new study that reveals agentic AI adoption is set to surge 327% by 2027. As a result, nearly one in four employees will be reassigned to new roles, transforming the structure of workforces worldwide. Based on insights HR leaders, Salesforce found that 80% of CHROs believe AI agents and humans will work side by side.
