Agra hotel has permanently blacklisted a guest who allegedly slapped a waiter following a service-related misunderstanding linked to the employee's limited English proficiency. Paritosh Ladhani, who manages the property, revealed the incident on LinkedIn, saying the waiter feared losing his dream job if he complained.
