Chennai-based agriculture finance platform Samunnati has raised $20 million in debt from US' International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). The funding will help expand financing and technical assistance to low-income farmers and enterprises in India, said the startup. Founded in 2014 by Anil Kumar SG, Samunnati has disbursed loans worth over ₹4,000 crore since inception.
