AgustaWestland accused middleman Christian Michel has moved a Delhi court seeking bail in cases by CBI and ED, stating the chargesheet against him wasn't filed within the stipulated time of 60 days. "Probe is complete. I have been in custody since December 22, 2018," Michel said. Michel's plea will be heard on February 12 by Special Judge Arvind Kumar.
