Ahmedabad girls’ death case linked to poison as police probe

In the Gujarat Ahmedabad case where two young girls died after eating dosa, an FSL report has found aluminium phosphide poison in their bodies, ruling out food poisoning. Sulfa tablets were also recovered from the home. Police are investigating possible suicide or foul play. The parents remain hospitalised, while CCTV footage, financial stress, and family tensions are being examined.
