New research by financial operations firm Ramp has found that AI-embracing companies have increased hiring, countering predictions that AI adoption will rapidly eliminate jobs. It found that firms that adopt AI grow headcount by 10.2% over the two years following adoption. At the companies making the largest AI investments, entry-level headcount grew 12% over the two years following adoption.
