AI agent hacks Stanford network, beats highly paid human hackers

An AI agent, ARTEMIS, has successfully hacked Stanford University's computer network, outperforming professional human hackers who earn six-figure salaries. During a 16-hour test, the AI reportedly scanned nearly 8,000 devices across Stanford's private and public computer science networks. ARTEMIS, which costs ₹1,630/hour to operate, uncovered nine valid security vulnerabilities with 82% accuracy.
