Venture capitalist and OpenAI backer Vinod Khosla has warned that India's IT services and BPO industry could face massive disruption from AI agents in the coming years. He believes traditional outsourcing models used by companies such as TCS, Infosys and Wipro may become obsolete unless firms rapidly reinvent themselves around AI-driven services and deployment.
