AI boom creates record number of billionaires under 40

The AI boom is creating a new generation of young billionaires in the US, with a record 10 people under 40 making the 2026 Forbes 400 list, up from four last year. Seven are newcomers, all of whom built their wealth through AI-linked companies. The list includes Lukas Walton, Vlad Tenev, Tom Brown and Daniela Amodei.
