A new SHRM study warned that AI could disrupt 28% of back-office jobs, 24% of data and reporting roles and 21% of customer service jobs in India within three years. It found 45% of organisations face AI and digital skill shortages and only 2.3% of India's workforce receives formal training compared to 68% in UK and 96% in South Korea.
