Students with higher levels of narcissism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism are more likely to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney, a new study revealed. Researchers found that these personality traits, called "Dark Triad", are linked to increased AI usage. These traits are also linked to academic misconduct like cheating and plagiarism, which in turn leads to more reliance on AI.
