A tech enthusiast created an AI-powered pigeon deterrent system using a camera, water cannon and machine learning model to keep birds away from his balcony. The setup detects pigeons in real time and sprays water to scare them away. Built using an Orange Pi 5 and servo motors, the adaptable system can also recognise animals such as cats and squirrels.
