Open AI CEO Sam Altman said AI models could significantly boost individual productivity, enabling one person with right AI to handle work that required entire teams. In an interaction with Axios, he added that some programmers currently report being two to three times more efficient with AI assistance. Altman also indicated possible changes in hiring structures of the companies.
