AIADMK chief Palaniswami accuses TN govt of failing to curb dengue

AIADMK chief Edappadi Palaniswami accused the Tamil Nadu government of failing to curb dengue, citing 17,348 cases as of September 21. He said hospitals were strained and sought more beds, medicines, doctors, camps and mosquito control. Health Minister K Arunraj denied the claim, saying early detection and treatment are available and adequate medicines and platelet stocks are in place.
