AIIMS Delhi and CMC Vellore have been enlisted under the West Bengal government's Swasthya Sathi health scheme. Beneficiaries of the scheme can now avail free treatment there. "Thousands of people from West Bengal...go for treatment [there]. Patient parties have to bear huge expenses making it tough for them to continue the treatment there for long," an official said on Saturday.
