Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Sunday said the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Rajkot in Gujarat is most likely to become fully operational by October. He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate the institute. Around 60% of the development work has been completed, Mandaviya added.
