Jet Airways CEO Sanjiv Kapoor said that recently while boarding an Air India flight with his son, his seats were changed at the gate despite a web check-in. He said the staff couldn't give him a reason for moving him, adding that another family with kids faced the same issue. Air India said it's looking into the issue's "root cause".
