An Air India passenger took to X to share pictures and videos of their broken window seat on a Delhi-Bengaluru flight after they allegedly paid ₹1,000 extra charge. "They called the engineer to fix it, but he couldn't. Is this what I paid the flight fare for?" said the passenger. The airline apologised to the passenger and asked for details.
