The government's plan to handover Air India to the Tata Group is most likely to be delayed by a month, PTI reported citing an official. Some regulatory approvals and certain formalities are yet to be completed, the report said, adding that the process is likely to be completed by January. Recently, the CCI approved Tata Group's acquisition of Air India.
