Tata Group-owned Air India has sealed a record deal for about 500 new planes worth over $100 billion at list prices from Airbus and Boeing, Reuters reported. Air India has agreed to purchase 250 Airbus aircrafts, including 210 single-aisle A320neo and 40 widebody A350 planes. The carrier will also purchase 220 Boeing aircrafts, including 190 narrow body 737 MAX planes.
