Air India Chief Ashwani Lohani has instructed senior Air India officials to visit the Mumbai and Delhi airports at midnight for surprise inspections of flights before their departure for international destinations. The move comes after Lohani received a complaint about the cleanliness of an Air India Hyderabad-Chicago flight. Lohani personally inspected all aspects of the aircraft on Thursday.
