Tata-owned Air India will reportedly be valued at ₹36,114 crore after it completes its merger with Vistara. According to the deal, Singapore Airlines will invest $250 million in Air India and receive a 25.1% stake in Air India group. With 218 aircraft, the combined Air India will have a 23% market share of the domestic and international traffic.
