AirAsia CFO probed in ₹22 crore fraud case alleged by Mistry

The Enforcement Directorate has questioned AirAsia India’s CFO Ankur Khanna after ousted Tata Chairman Cyrus Mistry alleged that fraudulent transactions worth ₹22 crore were carried out in an instance involving the airlines. Mistry, flagging “ethical concerns” in Tata Group’s joint venture with AirAsia, had earlier claimed that a forensic investigation had revealed the fraudulent transactions.
