Airbus unveils 3 hydrogen powered designs for zero-emission flight

Airbus SE has unveiled three designs it's studying to build hydrogen-powered aircraft with an aim to being a zero-emission passenger plane into service by 2035. Its approaches include a turbofan jet with capacity for about 200 passengers that can fly more than 2,000 nautical miles. It would be powered by a modified gas-turbine engine running on hydrogen.
