Australian airline Regional Express on Monday announced it has grounded some of its planes as it continues to investigate how a propeller fell off an aircraft mid-flight. The airline said the engine shut down after "abnormal indications," following which the propeller assembly separated and rotated upwards to the right of the aircraft. The flight, with 19 people onboard, landed safely.
