An airport worker at San Antonio International Airport in US' Texas died after being sucked into the engine of a Delta plane on Friday. US' National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) described the worker as being "ingested" into the engine. The plane had just one engine on at the time when the incident happened. The plane had arrived from Los Angeles.
