Airtel has urged the Delhi HC to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Reliance Jio against its advertisements offering "live and free access" to IPL coverage. Jio alleged that the ads suggested subscribers could live-stream IPL matches free, without mentioning they would incur data charges. Airtel had assured the court that ads would carry disclaimer after Jio complaint.
