Ajay Devgn issues clarification after BMC demolishes part of property

Actor Ajay Devgn's team has clarified that the Juhu property partially demolished by the BMC is not his residence but a rented-out property. The team said it had applied for necessary permissions and carried out changes required by the civic body. The BMC had earlier flagged alleged unauthorised alterations and issued a stop-work notice in September.
