Ajay Devgn’s Juhu bungalow earns ₹10.61 crore over 5 years

Ajay Devgn and his mother Veena Devgn have leased their 7,802.75 sq ft Juhu bungalow to Florian Hurel Salons Private Limited. The five-year agreement starts at ₹16 lakh monthly rent, rising 5% annually to ₹19.45 lakh. The lease is projected to generate ₹10.61 crore, with a ₹48 lakh refundable security deposit included in the deal too.
