Infosys Founder Narayana Murthy's daughter Akshata once called her grandfather her "real dad" and Murthy a "bonus dad", a book on Murthy revealed. Akshata missed Murthy silently as he was often away from home for work, the book said. She and her brother would go on for weeks without getting to hear Murthy's voice when he travelled abroad, it added.
