Actor Akshay Kumar agreed to a 28.5 percent pay cut for Bhooth Bangla compared to his previous film. While he is said to have charged ₹70 crore for Jolly LLB 3, his fee for the upcoming horror-comedy has been reduced to ₹50 crore. Reports also stated that Bhooth Bangla is made on a budget of ₹120 crore.
