Akshay Kumar confirmed that his film 'Gorkha', which was announced in 2021, has been shelved. Based on the life of war hero Major General Ian Cardozo, it was set to be directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. On the work front, he'll be seen in 'Bhooth Bangla', a horror comedy set to be released on April 17.
