Alaska on Tuesday became the third US state to legalize the recreational use of Marijuana, after Washington and Colorado. Adults in Alaska can now transport, grow and give away marijuana. However, smoking it in public still remains illegal. Anyone caught smoking marijuana in public will have to pay a $100 fine.
