Alchemy Capital's Co-founder Lashit Sanghvi and his wife Neha Sanghvi have been banned from securities market for a year by SEBI for allegedly conducting insider trading of Aptech shares. The regulator also imposed a fine of ₹25 lakh on both individuals. The tip on shares allegedly came from Alchemy Co-founder late Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who was also the Chairman of Aptech.
