Vedika Shetty, actress Alia Bhatt's ex-assistant, who was arrested for allegedly cheating her of over ₹76 lakh, had leaked confidential information to a US-based man, Shivasai Teja, officials said. The information was linked to Alia's production house, Eternal Sunshine Productions. Shetty came in touch with Teja in December 2023 and shared information with him via WhatsApp.
