A recent study by researchers from Pennsylvania State University and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory revealed a 77% chance that aliens could detect radio signals sent from Earth to spacecraft near Mars, if they are aligned correctly. Based on 20 years of data, the study shows some signals "spill" into space and could be detected from over 135 trillion miles away.
