Alkem Laboratories reported a 27.7% year-on-year decline in Q4 FY26 net profit to ₹236 crore due to a one-time loss of ₹135 crore. However, revenue rose 14.6% to ₹3,603 crore and EBITDA improved. The company also announced a final dividend of ₹10 per share for FY26. The total estimated dividend to shareholders will be approximately ₹119.57 crore.
