The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted no relief to ByteDance, TikTok's parent company, in a case where the company challenged tax authorities' decision to block its Indian bank accounts for alleged tax evasion. A counsel for ByteDance said the company was "bleeding". "I'm completely hanged. I need some oxygen to survive. All bank accounts are frozen," the counsel added.
