Thane is all set to get a new tunnelled road which will significantly decrease the traffic congestion on the Ghodbunder road. The road will connect Gaimukh to Bhayander and will also complete the ring road. According to reports, the tunnelled road project will stretch across 15 kilometres, 5.5 km will be a tunnel and 9.8 km will be a flyover.
