Starting Thursday, February 20, and lasting until Sunday, February 23, Noida will host the 37th edition of the four-day annual flower display, Vasant Utsav. The event, which the Noida Authority is organising in partnership with the city’s floriculture association, will take place in Sector-33A’s Helipad Ground/Shivalik Park. The Maha Kumbh serves as the inspiration for this year’s theme.
