Alliance will move effectively: Akhilesh amid Congress' 200-seat demand for UP polls

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said the alliance with Congress for the state Assembly polls would move forward effectively. The remarks come amid Congress' Uttar Pradesh in-charge Rajendra Gautam's statement that the party has submitted a list of 175-200 seats for the polls. A senior SP leader reacted by saying that winnability is the sole criterion for seat allocation.
