Alok Sama, President and Chief Financial Officer of SoftBank Group International is leaving active role in the Japanese conglomerate and will serve as a senior adviser, as per a Financial Times report. A Wharton MBA, Sama helped founder Masayoshi Son in the $32-billion acquisition of chip designer Arm Holdings. Sama previously served as Morgan Stanley's Managing Director for 16 years.
