Alpha Wave Ventures sells 1.7% Lenskart stake for ₹1,857 crore

Alpha Wave Ventures sold nearly ₹1,857 crore worth of Lenskart shares through open-market transactions on August 28. Alpha Wave Ventures II LP and Alpha Wave Ventures offloaded 2.94 crore shares, or 1.7% of Lenskart's paid-up equity, at ₹630 per share. As of June 2026, Alpha Wave Ventures held a 4.64% stake in the eyewear company.
