Alphabet's self-driving car unit Waymo on Wednesday announced that it has raised $2.5 billion in the latest round of investment. The round saw more than 10 participants, including its parent company Alphabet, Andreessen Horowitz, Tiger Global, Temasek, and Mubadala Investment Company. Although Waymo's valuation was not disclosed, according to PitchBook, it is valued at just over $30 billion.
